Prof. Sheetal Amol Jagdale

Prof. Sheetal Amol Jagdale is a distinguished academic and practitioner specializing in heritage tourism, sustainable development, and affordable housing. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), Master of Architecture (M.Arch), and is currently pursuing a PhD. Throughout her career, Prof. Jagdale has contributed extensively to the field through her research, with several articles published in both national and international journals. Her notable works include studies on the “Sustainable Development of Heritage Tourism at Fort Vishalgad, Maharashtra, India,” “Development of Heritage Tourism in the Kolhapur Region with an Emphasis on Its Forts,” and “The Significance of Cultural Tourism to Sustainable Development with Special Reference to Kolhapur City.” She has also explored crucial topics like affordable housing, evidenced by her research on “Tangible Parameters for Affordable Low-Cost Housing in India” and “Current Parameters to Successful Deliverance of Affordable Housing.”Prof. Jagdale has presented her research at various conferences, sharing her insights on heritage tourism, maintenance costs in apartment housing, and the cultural significance of tourism to sustainable urban development.
