Prof. Jyoti Arvind Satpute is an Assistant Professor at S.P.S.M.B.H’s College of Architecture in Kolhapur. With a solid academic foundation in architecture and a Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch.) degree, Prof. Satpute is dedicated to fostering the growth of future architects and urban planners. Notable among these are “Mapping Cultural Resources: A Tool for Strengthening the Future,” which emphasizes the importance of cultural heritage in urban planning, “Qualitative Research,” focusing on advanced research methodologies, and “Urban India 2047: Shaping the Future of Indian Cities,” where she explored innovative strategies for the future of urban development in India.
Prof. Satpute’s contributions extend beyond the classroom, as she has been a prominent figure in various national and international conferences where her research has been presented and celebrated. Her expertise in architecture and urban planning has earned her significant recognition, including the prestigious National Architecture & Interior Design Excellence Award in 2020, where she was honoured as the Leading Architecture and Urban Planning Firm of the Year.
