Anjali’s Passion for Design earned her Bachelors’ Degree in Architecture in 1994 and a Master’s degree in “Architectural Construction Project Management” in 2010 from S.P.S.M.B.H’ S College of Architecture, Kolhapur. She has started practicing architecture with husband Ar. Surat Jadhav in 1995 as Surat Anjali Associates in Kolhapur. For 29 years both are working on residential, commercial, institutional, industrial, conservation and hospitality projects in Maharashtra and north Karnataka. Surat Anjali Associates is panel architect to many prestigious institutions and organization.
She is a director to Architect’s and Engineer’s association Kolhapur, member of E-Seeed, IIA, IIID and Jaycees. Surat Anjali Associates has won IIID Anchor awards continuously for last four years. In 2012 for small work places, in 2013 for retail category and in 2014 for residential single dwelling category, In 2015 IIID National Award for the Boutique Resort at Amba (conservation Project), 2015 ACE Tech ALPHA Awards for Boutique Resort at Amba (conservation Project). A DESIGN AWARD ITALY for Cultural Conservation in 2017 for Keshavrao Bhosale Nattyagruha, Kolhapur. She has also own IIA award for office interiors in 2011.She has published many papers in National and International Journals and conferences.
Travelling and trekking is her hobby and travelled several countries across the globe. She has successfully completed Mount Everest base camp and Kalapatthar trek in Nov.2013.She has identified as the first lady from South Maharashtra and North Karnataka to complete the trek successfully.
